    I work with founders, executives, and boards on the moments that really shape a company — from fundraising and scaling to governance, team dynamics, and crises. Sometimes that means being a trusted advisor; other times it’s stepping in as a CXO to get things moving.

    My focus is foundational development — building the clarity, trust, and alignment companies need to last. It’s values-led leadership: high standards without fear, love and courage at the core, and people growing as the business grows.

  • Speaking & Moderating

    From briefing ministers and prime ministers to delivering keynotes at global conferences, I bring clarity and courage to the stage. I’ve facilitated high-stakes conversations — including the final public speech of the Director of GCHQ — and I know how to make complex ideas land.

    Whether it’s a keynote, a fireside chat, or moderating a panel, my focus is the same: sparking connection, inspiring action, and leaving people with clarity and conviction.

  • Workshops and Offsites

    The most important conversations in a company often happen behind closed doors — in boardrooms, at offsites, in moments of tension or transition. I’ve facilitated difficult rooms, helped re-orientate leadership teams, and supported founding teams as they take their first steps together.

    My approach is about creating space for truth, trust, and alignment. Whether it’s navigating conflict, clarifying vision, or strengthening relationships, I help teams find their footing — and leave the room more resilient, connected, and ready to move forward.

  • Due diligence

    I support investors, boards, and founders with deep-tech and leadership due diligence. Having built a quantum company from a patent on paper to global scale, I know how to assess not just the science and technology, but the people, culture, and leadership that will make or break a venture.

    It’s about looking beyond the pitch — asking the right questions, stress-testing assumptions, and spotting both risks and opportunities. My goal is to help investors back companies with conviction, and help founders enter those partnerships with clarity and alignment.
